Exchanges & Returns

We know first-hand how challenging online shopping can be. This is why we have made the Gazongas Collection online shopping experience easy and seamless. Here's how.

Support Team

We have a helpful Support Team available to help you with any stage of your Gazongas Collection shopping experience including sizing, exchanges and returns.

Simple returns

If you would like to return your garment, simply send it back to us and we will refund your full purchase price (less postage).

An easy process

Simply complete our Exchanges/Returns Form and include this in your post bag, along with the garment and a copy of your invoice.

Terms and conditions

All exchanges and returns must be recevied within 28 days of dispatch, as stated on the original invoice. Garments must be in original condition with labels attached.

We highly recommend using registered post for exchanges and returns to ensure products get back to us safely. Gazongas Collection will not be liable for items that are either lost or damaged on their return journey.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that exchanges and returns are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage. Damaged items will not be accepted. 

Please note that all ALL PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We are unable to offer a refund for ‘change of mind’ reasons on sale items, however, an exchange for a different size in-store or online is acceptable, where stock is available.
